I had bought this product to replace my current wiper stalk and after it arrived very quickly from being dispatched I went to change them. I then realised that the stalk wasn’t the problem and it was in fact the wiring. I started a return for the item and explained to the seller what had happened. They dealt with the situation with grace and professionalism. I was offered a full refund and was told not to worry about sending the product back. I would more than happily use this seller again!!!!!

It might not look like the one on the vehicle but it will once fitted, bargain buy!
Tried to compare this against the original Mercedes part before i bought it, unfortunately as it looks little like a fitted unit i couldn't. So I took a risk and bought it anyway, then compared it with the one on the car, thought oh dear this doesn't look right. So i went ahead and fitted it on my Viano regardless. removing the Mercedes one was a doddle, and then i realised that the new part was built identically. I had to be dead careful not to cross-thread the air fitting but one that was fitted and suspension inflated all looks and works perfectly.Tried to compare this against the original Mercedes part before i bought it, unfortunately as it looks little like a fitted unit i couldn't. So I took a risk and bought it anyway, then compared it with the one on the car, thought oh dear this doesn't look right.
