Instructions included & easy to follow/assemble. Mattress is medium firm 8” thick. Original delivery changed by company but arrived on time on the new date. Driver brought it into the ground floor of my house. Would definitely use again!.

Arrived in perfect condition and the bed looks amazing. The Ottoman feature is strong and stable. Bit of advice, put the slats on last to make it easier to square up the lifting frame. Only loosely bolt the metal together then square it off in the wooden frame before you tighten everything up, then put the slats in.
