The delivery was fast and the couriers were efficient and professional and delivered the bed inside my flat (recently many drivers leaves packages in the foyer without notifying customers). The bed looks great and but it looks lower than in the picture. Maybe I need a thicker mattress! It was very easy to assembly and came with a manual and assembly tools. Overall it's very good value for money. I couldn't find it anywhere else for this price.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having to go through financial ombudsman. Waited well over a month after delivery date changed 4 times. Arrived outside estimated time so was not planned to be around when delivered. Colour was nothing like the photos at all so wanted to return for refund but was told we have to pay ourselves for delivery which was over £100 so not worth the money and after being so unhappy with the x4 cancellations left feeling really angry. False advertising and awful service.
