Ideal for CD Recorder
I bought this for my Pioneer CD Recorder, so that I could do high quality digital transfers of music in real time. As my machine supports re-writeable discs, I bought a single disc, do my transfers, import onto my computer and then wipe the disc on the machine again. Discs of good quality. Single use discs are also quite cheap too, but for my specific use, that would be a bit of a waste. Cost V's Productivity
The product does almost exactly as it says on the box records just as you would expect onto a CD from an analogue source ie quality is only as good as your source. However I use a Philips CDR 600 (2001 model) and I can only get 35-40 recordings per disc but stated 1000 on the box, I have contacted Maxell sent them the faulty disc’s and they have been able to read/record them on their (professional TEAC CD recorder) and blame my Philips recorder! but also my 2017 Lenovo laptop will not read the disc’s once they become faulty. I need to do about 300 recordings of my old cassettes & a 10 pack of these disc’s will do the job when weighed up against the failure rate I have so bearing in mind you may not have the same failure rate as I do so for me quality for recording 10/10 but longevity ... A good make of RW discs
Usually these discs work very well - I have had one bad batch which would only record part of the 80 minutes, but I overall this is a good product.
