In description, seller takes pride in careful packaging: "We take great pride in packing and shipping all our delicate items." Yet this delicate item arrived shattered. The item was tightly wrapped (?), placed loosely in an oversized box (?) with only magazine pages as cushioning (?). Obvious to anyone that this item was going to arrive shattered. Neutral feedback because seller provided full refund, but no response to messages or effort to address inquiries about shipping/handling missteps.
