Item delivered as advertised. Seller did place item into reset state as others have done, but I am okay with this. Also, the screen was covered in thin clear plastic sheet. After I removed this, there was old adhesive over screen. It took me 15 minutes with alcohol to remove. This was pain to remove, but it proved previous owner had used screen protector and the screen was virtually pristine. There are things that can be improved, but I am happy with purchase.

Ordered a blue 16GB and received a yellow 16GB 15 days later. Something on top of the screen was peeling off and making a mess. Home button is broken. In the messages app, there is some odd text message from someone in chineese. I wasn’t able to access the home screen but i was able to access the settings app from the reccomendations and there were many apps installed.
