    I ordered a Lego set. When it was delivered to me, I was disappointed to find an absolutely ruined, crushed box, because the only packaging around it was brown paper. The cardboard that Lego boxes are made of is not as strong as that of a shipping box. Part of the value of a Lego set is the box, and that is part of what I paid for, so the seller should take better care to ensure it isn't damaged. Inside the box, at least the seller put the Lego pieces in sealed bags, hence the Neutral review.

    So the box was squished in shipping and that is my fault. It was properly wrapped and shipped through United States Post Office. If you wanted special wrapping and boxing you should have ask. You would have been charge for shipping and handling and we would have wrapped and boxed, your box even more. If the packaged was squished or damaged you should have reported it with USPS. So I think your complaint should be toward the United States Post Office for squishing your package!
