It arrived late, even though I received the annoying message that it was being posted, when in fact it hasn't. The meter does work and once you get used to the way it reads the speed it's ok. I wanted it to check the speed on a Mill and Lathe, it works for that. If you want an accurate reading, put black tape or black paint on the rest of the exposed shaft you're taking the reading from. The battery cover is loose, not particularly well made and flimsy, but it works.
