The boot mat for my Roomster was sent out on a slower postage rate than I had selected. This caused knock-on issues for me which the company was good enough to recognise with a partial refund. Their communication was clear and timely. The mat is ok, fits well side to side and front to back, though not as snugly into the front corners as I had hoped. I would recommend them as a seller as having made a mistake they did what they could to put it right.
