Negative points, spin is a bit slow, if you are washing anything in a laundry bag (horse blanket, dog rug) it refuses to spin it unless removed from bag (defeats the point of a bag) Also it is 100 mm deeper than a noal washing machine so if you have a 600mm wide work top with waste pipes at the back this machine will stick out into your kitchen / utility room and spoil the line of your worktops Pluss points.
