Took about a week to ship after ordering. Rails may have been new when shipped by seller, but they definitely didn't arrive that way. There was zero padding in the box (only the rails wrapped in what looked like the factory plastic bags) and one of the rail ears came bent. Question to seller got a response "if it was in my shop I would bend it back", and only offered a return (likely at my expense). I bent the rail ear back just enough that it now hooks, but won't be using this seller again.

Buyer did not photograph packaging, so I could not make a shipping claim. I offered a return and would have covered return shipping cost. I did not have replacement at the time, shipping refunded.
