Very very satisfied that the item was exactly as pictured though the "11 or 13" sympathetic strings line was confusing but I'm happy I got the 13. Item was packaged very well all sorts of tape, bubbles and cardboard really appreciate that. Shipping time acceptable took 10 days which really isn't bad once it left India I got it in several days. Communication a bit tough but to anybody having issues please stay patient you should be okay. Quite happy with this seller and experience.

The item arrived today in great condition and packed well. I received the electric sitar and carry case, but the free accessories were not include in the package other than the carry case. The free accessories that were mentioned in the sale is what made me choose this product over others. I messaged the seller about this because they stated that they will try to resolve any issues, but did not reply to my concerns. This purchase has mixed feelings! Nice electric sitar though!
