Makes cutting the grass a pleasure
I highly recommend this lawnmower. It is sturdy and well made (unlike its box which was beginning to disintegrate when it arrived!). After unboxing, it was relatively easy to attach the handle and connect the cables. Add oil and fuel, charge the battery that powers the starter motor and you’re ready to go. The push-button starter works flawlessly and makes the job of mowing the lawns a pleasure. The height adjustment lever locks positively in the chosen position and does not jump out of its setting - a problem I have encountered on other mowers. The rear roller leaves a nice stripe and also makes it easier to keep the mower level when cutting grass close to edges / borders. The weight of the mower makes it slightly less manoeuvrable than my previous machine but this is a minor ... I highly recommend this lawnmower. My impression is that the rear roller which propels the mower does not provide as good a grip on the grass as a rear-wheeled mower. I have now cut our three lawns and am very impressed with the quality of the cut and the ease with which the motor starts with the push of a button. This is definitely worth the additional cost for the model with the starter motor. All in all, I would recommend this lawnmower without hesitation.

An excellent machine
This product is very well built and easy to use. Assembly was very easy and it is a pleasure to use. It also folds down to fit in the back of the car although the build is such that it could be a little heavy for some. An all round good product.

The motor floods easily and doesn’t have the torque to mow longer grass, it’s very much a light domestic machine and combined with a smaller than expected collection bag does not effectively gather clippings. I had to rake our lawn even after a second pass. The blade kept jamming with clumping of the grass clippings, which in turn fouled the collection chute and caused the engine to strain creating a concerning shudder through the machine. I constantly had to lift the deck to allow the blade to spin up again pending the inevitable stall. Our lawn is hacked, wish we still had our previous mower which at a decade old was far better than this junker. A true POS mower and you know what that acronym means. Excellent value quite light to manoeuvre for petrol roller mower
A very good price just A little awkward to put together nice mower to use would benefit from a steel roller rather than plastic lines are not greatly defined but might take a few mowes as had a larger and heavier mower before so maybe a bit early to tell on striping of grass
