      Love how these work!

      I suffer with depression although I am on antidepressant I was told magnesium helps with low mood. I was a bit sceptical!! I’ve been taking these for about a year now and feel the benefits. If I don’t take them for a couple of days I feel low. I find it best to take them at night as they help me sleep too 😊
