I had been told in previouse emails that an email would be sent to me to let me know that my product was out for delivery and an approx time that the product would be delivered . this failed to occour and the first i knew was when the door bell rang and a young man was actually delivering the product . I can totally understand your frustration I would feel the exact same way.
You should have contacted me I would have contacted the customer service postal provider, and would of confirmed day and time of your delivery including tracking .
During this Christmas period things can be hectic I'm sure you're aware.
