Item never arrived so I opened a case with eBay. Seller then messaged me and asked me to close the case even though I hadn't received the item. I had to ask eBay to step in and they refunded me.

Item purchased on Sat 20th April. Item sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post on Mon 22nd April. Item not received case opened on Fri 26th April. Due to a delay our end I responded on Wed 1st April, parcel was showing as delivered on Wed 24th April. I responded to the case to ask if the item had been received. I wasn't aware that I could use the proof of postage reference as tracking. Ebay Customer Services have informed me that I can and I will ensure that I update this reference in future sales.
