arrived very quickly and exactly as described with original packaging. one of these drawer runners was not latching until a small flash (a kind of burr in plastic molding) was easy to remove from the pawl of the ‘push to open’ catch mechanism. these are heavy and solid, with no rattle or give, and the catch feels firm and certain.

Contacted seller saying that I'm unwilling to pay additional fee's. Sellers response: "If you don't want it, send it back and I will refund you"
