    Best cordless jig

    Everything is good like battery life, build, power and accuracy. Only criticisms are I wish it had a compartment to slide spare blades in and a button to turn off/on the slow start feature which I personally didn't have an issue with but puts a lot of people off buying.

    poor control

    I have owned my saw for about a year and really don't like it. the thing will only run very slow until you put a load on the cut, ok for just hacking wood but no control for delicate or precision cutting. have taken back to Makita uk and they say that is how it is meant to work. its a shame as all my kit is Makita but looks like I will have to consider looking to other tool brands for my jig saw.

    Brushless jigsaw from Powertool mate .

    So far so good . Like the quick release for blade change . Plenty powerful tool took a birdmouth out of a 8*4 . Recommend 5 ah battery too will go through 3 ah quickly . Arrived quickly with dhr202 both from Powertool mate found them the cheapest would buy from them again 👍🏻

    Happy - Makita reputation doesn't fail.

    It was a present for my son, so although this isn't a personal review, I can say that he is more than happy with it. He has sent me videos of him using it and is really chuffed with it. He uses all Makita power tools and this was the final piece in the collection.
