    Too short for my ladder.

    Actually, I am unable to use it as they too short. The length of flippers should be in the product description. I had to buy them to learn how long they are and as it turns out too short.

    Bought for my 20" Aluminum extension ladder, already replaced the broken one! Easy to do.

    Instructions included, one bolt to remove, drilled out the rivet, set the spring into place, and used the provided bolt and ny lock, tightened just enough to contact the plastic and done!! Easy to do, only replaced the broken one, that way I'll have the other in case the other breaks! Thank you, Ray
