My fault, not theirs. But customers service was superb - gave me refund on unused lights, just needed to pay postage as not faulty, which is fair enough. Will order bigger size, but know they work. Quality is very good, even comes with connector but some instructions on them would have helped as unsure how to connect properly, so cut them off and used connector I knew
