    I ask that items be inspected and any issues be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. You reported a damaged item 10 days after delivery and sent photos 13 days after delivery. I can not confirm the item was damaged due to packaging or shipping after 13 days of delivery. At best I could have offered a refund on 1 of the items. Sorry you were disappointed.
