There was regular tracking, which I prefer, instead of just through phone app. Seller thanked me for purchase and included note saying why. The board book was wrapped very well and packaged in a box, so there was no warping. The book was sold as good, but was in near to new condition. They were not rude with counter offer. Pleasant experience.
