Verkäufer diesen Mängel mitgeteilt und um Ersatz gebeten. Hat den Verkäufer nicht interessiert. Antwort: Er verkaufe seit 20 Jahren Jacken, noch nie hatte er ein Problem mit Reissverschluss.
