    Seller didn't mark item as shipped until after I contacted them a week later. No tracking provided, and the package never arrived, so I have doubts that it was even shipped. Seller stopped responding and when I filed a claim (which was found in my favor), they didn't provide sufficient information to eBay's claims team. The lack of communication is both concerning and unprofessional. Buyer beward!
