    Thanks for your feedback - to clarify, this remote has been in my possession and use for 10 years or so. It's in good condition for its age and the pictures show the battery condition indicator holding a charge. After having the item for over 2 weeks this buyer contacted me to let me know the remote worked but started locking up on him. He wanted a partial refund - no other options. Given the highly configurable nature of it and the time elapsed, I declined.
