I'm leaving a positive only in reference to the product. I was led to believe that the item shipped out locally and was 2 day delivery unfortunately it shipped out from New York and I'm in Los Angeles so it took a week to receive. Seller needs to list the actual ship point, not the company hometown. Good price, needs better packaging. Expensive delicate plastic filters came in a padded envelope. Should be in a box.
