I use it nearly all the time for marinading or cooking. It needs to be well ground so that I can use it in a salt cellar / sprinkler, where i can meter the amount to my taste. The flavour is unique and has no residues of crystals. All in all I can never do without it when I want to put a zing to my food. It also is the ideal sprinkle on chopped salad already dressed with yogurt and a bit of paprika. I hardly use the refined version of table salt.I use it nearly all the time for marinading or cooking.
