The pump is quite heavy and feels well made. The pipe connection unions are detachable and a nice touch. They could be replaced by other sizes from a hydraulic specialist if you don't want a mega pipe size attached. I didn't actually use it in the end because an earlier pump was found stil to be working so this is held in reserve. Appears to be a quality item overall.
