You Get what you pay for
SRAM have made a big mistake with this. To acommodate the masses and reach a target value they have cut too many corners. This is CHEAP, and I mean "CHEAP" just about everything about it is poor quality and shows in the poor sloppy shifting.

You get what yo pay for!
Having had my X01 damaged by a rock, I bought this to get up and running. It set up easily, but I found some of the changes slow on rides. Changed back to my X01 once repaired, nice to have this as a back up though.

Quieter, smoother not so clunky
I like the sram nx, running 2 bikes with this and this is to swap the 3rd over from shimano slx. Its not top line transmission but we ride where its fairly sandy so would be a waste to have a more expensive drivetrain. These seem to be much quieter, smoother less clunky. And I'll only need to keep one set of spares in case of crash breakages.
