Very disappointed to being given negative feedback. For the first time in 20 years my rating has dropped below 100%. I fully accept the item was incorrectly listed for which I apologised immediately it was brought to my attention. As the buyer lives in US I could only refund £14.99 which was processed within the hour. I explained to this "gentleman" that the balance would come from Global Shipping Services who handled the shipping transaction. Obviously somebody who has never made a mistake
