Upon making a purchase we require a valid mobile number before your order is processed and sofa will be dispatch

only after we will receive clear payment .

Please be aware that we will not dispatch any orders that require 2 man delivery team without prior arrangement

so it is vital we have a form of contact with you to do so.

We offer standard delivery to grand floor door without delivery inside etc ,

but delivery company offer assemble that inc delivery inside/set up /collection packaging but is not FREE,

that service is only extra option from delivery company

All our sofas they hand made so dimensions may be different +/- 5 cm . also all dimensions they overall

so that inc cushions armrest etc and they may be differed like on pictures .

We do not accept any liability for any damage caused to your property whilst doing so. For returns please

Please check before your purchase that the sofa will fit into your home if not the delivery charge

will be applied to cover our costs. .Unfortunately our customer care team don't have

the possibility to speed up the delivery or give you more information than already provided .

We will only accept returns which are brand new still in original packaging, items which are supplied flat packed will only be accepted where assembly has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition, brand new still in original packaging, the buyer pays all delivery and return costs-£69 , buyer may return item by their own means, if buyer requires us to arrange for them to be returned cost is as per delivery cost breakdown table. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, items returned outside of this time will not be considered for refund. Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before accepting them. We regret that we cannot be held liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed as checked by the customer. If the items / box are damaged please advise the courier to amend his paper work to include damage before signing.
