  • Chef Yuen is easy to follow and the recipies are delicious

This is a very easy to follow cook book on a very challenging subject. Indonesian food is the unknown Asian cuisine. My husband grew up in Jakarta and can't get the taste and smell of the food he loved in his childhood here in the US. Dian Yuen has allowed this American raised on meatloaf and mashed potatoes to conquer exotic cuisine. Delicious, authentic, doable!
