Full refund given to this customer. This Oriental Broccoli needs warmth to germinate, if sown outdoors it is too early. We are confident that we send out good, viable seeds. With the greatest respect to this buyer, seeds are a living product that rely on many important factors including the grower's own skills, planting time, seed depth, type of soil, sowing temperatures etc. Once you have received your seeds it really is over to you, as we have no control over the growing conditions.
