I mentioned I wanted a silver headunit but got sent black. I wrote message explaining I put a note to seller I want silver but got sent black. Got a message back saying silver not in production anymore but please accept a small gift of either an OBD or camera. I chose a DAB dongle as not likely to use a camera and already have an OBD. I have my choice honoured. Can't fault how well this has dealt with by the seller. Would use again. A++++
