Ordered personalised cake for German shepherds 1st birthday. Cake was brilliant and my dog loved it, however communication is terrible. Sent at least 3 or 4 messages and never had a response. Tried to confirm order was received but no message in response. As a business communication is key and this is letting you down. Cake arrived literally on her birthday, but with no messages didn't know if it would arrive so went and bought another from a local dog Cake company.
