I am quietly pleased but do not think it will stand the test of time.
It is made out of very thin steel. The fire pit is too close to the wood store which gets very hot I am afraid it will ignite if the reserve pile is full. The only way to. empty the cold ashes cleanly is to empty by hand to remove all the larger pieces of unburnt wood and then vacuum it out. The fire tray needs to be at such a steep angle to remove it for cleaning that it is impossible to stop the ashes falling out and making a mess. This needs a bit of re-design. On the plus side it is a very stylish looking the paint work is of the correct heat resistance.and is priced very reasonably. It is easy to get burning and does draw well but doesn't get too hot if close to it. Delivery was also fast but it did arrive minus its fixing bolts. Good quality and works well.
Wanted a heater where the fire was higher so that it warmed your back and not your feet and chair. Heavy to move and so not likely to blow over in high winds. Log store useful. The only slight downside which cannot be avoided, is when you empty the ash out you need to remove the metal tray at an angle, and the ash falls down into log store. A really nice product and gave out plenty of heat.
