KEEP AT IT. ! You are not the first. I failed three times during the last 60 years and sort of convinced myself it was impossible. I just need the incentive (and the lozenges)! I know now I will never start again. My brother in law told me you soon forget about it! I didn't believe him because he stopped years ago however I haven't stopped but 12 months and this last 4 weeks I understand what he meant. It's like I never smoked. just take a deep breath if u get a craving.!
