Postage and packing was reasonable. Initially had issues with the QR not fully locking with Moza wheels but seller sent working replacement free of charge as it was known issue. The replacement works perfectly and communication was very good. Will be buying again.

Shifter arrived as expected and as described. The shifter itself is decent, considering the low cost. The main problem are the thread adapters - the adapters are made of a weak material. I'm not sure if it's a thin aluminum, or thin plastic. The adapters easily deform and become difficult to adjust or remove without damaging them. There's no collar on the adapters, so when you go to remove/adjust them with pliers, you have no choice but to clamp onto the threads themselves.
