WITH COFFEE MATE, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MIX COLD WATER WITH IT FIRST - LIKE YOU DO WITH THE OTHERS - SO THAT IT DOESN’T CLUMP TOGETHER. PUT COFFEE MATE IN THE CUP WITH YOUR COFFEE ( EVEN TEA), ADD HOT WATER AND AWAY YOU GO.
