I thought I was getting the genuine product. It took ages to arrive and when it did it came in no box and the instructions were in Chinese. When I went into return the item there was no address for me to send back it was all numbers and letters. I contacted eBay customer service and they told me to wait for 5 days. They finally sent for prepaid post to send item back but I had to contact eBay customer service to get my money back. Please beware of this company the items are not what is described
