The play or the weight from more links will Occasionally let the cartridge misfeed on the guide notches and will jam the gun. I'm more concerned with the drive gear having more tension on it over time from the weight. If you feed the rounds in with your support hand like you would a real belt fed gun, it fixes the problem. I would buy more. I'm glad this product is out there!
