I had purchased a ring which was stated to be new. When I received the ring, it was defective. I contacted the seller, and stated that I would offer a much lower price, because the ring was not worth much to me in that condition, or I wanted to return the ring. Seller stated to start a return, so I did. Days went by, seller did not respond. Ebay opened a case, decided in my favor. Ebay sent me a shipping label, and I returned the ring. Ebay gave me full refund. Thank you to Ebay agents !!
