Si ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto di vendita senza indicarne le ragioni entro quattordici giorni.

Il diritto di recesso decade dopo quattordici giorni a partire dal giorno in cui il cliente o un terzo nominato dal cliente, che non sia il trasportatore, ha preso possesso della merce.

In osservanza del diritto di recesso è sufficiente farci pervenire la comunicazione prima della scadenza del termine di detto diritto.

Conseguenze del recesso:

Se si recede dal contratto, rimborsiamo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, comprese le spese di spedizione (ad eccezione delle spese aggiuntive qualora fosse stata scelta una modalità di consegna diversa dalla modalità di consegna standard più vantaggiosa da noi offerta), entro quattordici giorni a partire dal giorno in cui ci è pervenuta la comunicazione in merito al recesso.

Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento usato per la transazione originaria, fatti salvi accordi diversi espressamente stipulati; in nessun caso verranno trattenute spese per il rimborso.

Il cliente è responsabile soltanto per una perdita del valore della merce imputabile ad una manipolazione non necessaria per il controllo dello stato, delle caratteristiche e del funzionamento della merce.
