Fast delivery & good comms-- packing should be improved (loose framework items inside & box damaged). Assembly straight forward although instructions unclear - a bit of common sense needed! The description 'Heavy Duty' is inaccurate but for the price this unit is reasonable value--spare screw/bolts supplies + 2 assembly tools as well so 10/10 for that. The castors are poor quality so don't bang into anything when moving this unit around that said I would probably buy another if needed so 9/10
