The item itself looked great- although clearly a super device it had a fault (possibly caused by a knock in transit) but this was promptly dealt with - return organised and paid for by Tech Saver - during which process I decided to change my order to another processor - all handled expertly and with good advice from this professional firm - great timely communication - the replacement was luckier and it's all gone well. So yes the item looked V good but in failing the supplier looked better.
