The Beast
It’s heavy ! But it’s an immensely capable machine , people rant on about the flex volt DW but who regally needs to plug it in ??? These batteries last all day or if using all day long you’d probs have to charge em , it’s not that portable but if it’s permanently fixed to a wheeled saw stand you can pull it around anywhere , it cuts brutally acutely, I’ve always found dewalt get sloppy and move after a few months , these are rock solid !! No sway or movement once locked in . The bevels and mitres go all the way to 60degrees both ways , trenching is a joy too, no dips , clean accurate cuts every time , the only thing I had to adjust was the laser after I’d fitted the blade , in my opinion dewalt are not a patch on this machine , the have a shadow line instead of the laser but I usually go ...
