This seller was a pleasure to work with and very communicative when UPS tracking showed it was delivered but we couldn't initially find it. Sometimes things get delivered to one of my several neighbors (we're all in bldg. 6 of where we live). I had to wait for each of my neighbors to get back to me and we eventually found the item but it was NO fault of the seller's and they were ready to be helpful in the event I couldn't find it.
