I think my review is very fair. I say it is a quality item, and the service is good, but that it is missing the keeper. If I could post a photo here I would. You seem to think the keeper isn t in the listing but pic 2 of 3 clearly shows the keepers attached. I would return the item but, as I said, it was too late for the event for which it was needed. Apologies if I was not clear on this point, I didn t mean to imply it was too late to return to you. Incidently it is over 80cm, not 65cm.

Whips are measured from the handle to the end of the shaft and doesn't include the flapper part at the end, this is always an addition. Picture 2 shows the label attached to the shaft, not even sure what kind of keeper would be on a whip?
