Part Exchange Welcome

All vehicles are HPI Clear and a certificate will be provided.

All vehicles are free from finance.

All vehicles come with a valid MOT.

All vehicles have a complimentary comprehensive health check.

Viewing is encouraged by appointment only.

General

These terms and conditions are intended to contain all the terms of the agreement between us, the vendor, and you, the purchaser relating to the sale and purchase of the vehicle and parts. If you wish to make any amendment or addition you should ensure that it is confirmed in writing by one of our representatives.

You must provide us with any information we need in order to comply with money laundering legislation and guarantee the accuracy of the information if supplied.

If this agreement relates to the purchase of a vehicle you may arrange for a finance company to purchase it from us for the purchase price with in 7 days of being notified that the vehicle is ready for collection.

The agreement is made in England, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.

Part Exchange Vehicle

If we agree to accept a part exchange vehicle at an agreed value in part payment of the purchase price, we shall only be bound to do so if the part exchange vehicle is;

a) Free from any purchase agreements, charges or other encumbrances which you did not disclose to us before the date of order.

b) Delivered to our place of business before we deliver the goods to you

c) In the same condition subject to fair wear and tear and reasonable increase in mileage, on delivery to us as when agreeing the part exchange value.

If you fail to satisfy any of the above conditions we will not be obliged to accept the part exchange vehicle and you will be required to pay the full purchase price under this agreement.

Effect of Cancellation

If we cancel the agreement we will refund any deposit to you in full and provided the reasons are beyond our reasonable control we will have no further liability to you

If you cancel the agreement we will do our best to vendor the vehicle to someone else however we will retain your deposit until the vehicle is sold and only return the deposit to you provided all of our costs are covered.

Transfer of Ownership

The goods will continue to belong to us until the total purchase price has been paid to us in full. You will however be responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you and you are advised to insure accordingly. Ownership of the part exchange will pass to us when you take delivery of the goods.

We do not accept cheques as a method of payment.

Notices

Any notice given under this agreement must be in writing and sent by post, we recommend recorded delivery, to 20 Shore View, Hampton, Cambs, PE7 8FS
