Item did not match pictures. Took 14 business days to ship. Offered me a refund in writing, I accepted, they told me to wait instead after accepting. Days later they shipped the item, and it did not match description. They lied about what stone is being used, what the ring looks like., and the carat weight. 1 carat weight 5 grams, and the stone weighed less than 8grams total. Now seller said OK to a return/refund, but once again is not answering messages. Attached nickel on scale shows accurate
